I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I’ve been with State Farm for 30 years, bringing decades of experience and industry knowledge to both our customers and team. I’m a proud graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, where I earned my B.A. Outside of work, I’m married with two children and love spending time outdoors. I’m also a big Buckeyes fan - my son is currently a junior at Ohio State, and my daughter is a proud Marine veteran.
Giving back is incredibly important to me. For the past seven years, I’ve volunteered with Meals on Wheels through Fairfield County’s Hub senior community. I’m also involved with Rotary and enjoy participating in local events and finding ways to serve and support the community around us.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
